    Asterisk

When PabloDraw parses a directory, either via the “Open” dialog or via the navigation pane, it’s using lowercase-only file extension filters to determine what files to display. This is inconsequential on Windows, where filenames are not case sensitive, but under *nix, it means that any files whose extensions are not entirely in lowercase are ignored, and aren’t displayed in the file browser.

This can be partially corrected at runtime by using the Mono IOMap feature to make file access case insensitive (http://www.mono-project.com/docs/advanced/iomap/) — i.e. by setting the environment variable MONO_IOMAP=all when launching PabloDraw — but the filename filters used in the “Open” dialog remain case sensitive even when this method is used.
